Any access or use of Third Eye signifies your consent to the following policies, terms, and conditions. Prior to raising any external dispute, please contact us directly and notify us of the nature of your issue with the view of reaching a mutually agreeable solution.

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Kentucky. Shipping times may vary. All media items within the United States are shipped via media mail. Orders to outside the United States will be shipped via first class mail.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted after the order has been shipped.

Cancellations can be made at any time before the order is shipped. Contact us directly to cancel your order.

Change of address, combining orders, or other amendments to your order can be made by contacting us directly prior to your order being shipped.

Damaged products may be eligible for partial to full refund. Please contact us directly with a photo of the damaged product so we can assess your refund.

All items are limited to 2 per customer. Refunds will not be given and only 2 of the item will be shipped if you exceed this limit. Exceptions may be made for special cases, please contact us ahead of time if you plan to purchase more than 2 of any item.
